We offer FREE shipping to all U.S. addresses!

For orders over $400, we will ship via first class mail and you will receive a tracking number. For any orders that are under $400, they will be mailed via regular mail.

Here are some other shipping options for U.S. addresses:

Local pickup (24 hours)- FREE

Priority Mail (3-5 days) - $5.95

Express Mail (1-2 days)- $18.95
 
Hotel Delivery (2 days)- $10.00

We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all shipping. Express mail will require a signature.

We offer First Class or Priority Mail International to Canada and the UK.

First Class Mail Canada or UK (7-12 business days)- $9.99
Priority Mail International Canada or UK (6-10 business days)- $22.95

We offer Priority Mail International to anywhere in the world.
 
Priority Mail International  (8-14 business days)- $24.95
 
We need at least 24 hours for the local pickup option. Our pickup location is about 3 miles from the front gate of Disney! If you select local pickup, you will be emailed the exact address and hours.

If this is last minute, we also offer HOTEL DELIVERY!

We need at least 48 hours to have your package delivered to your hotel where it will be safely and securely awaiting your arrival. We only need 3 things to make this happen (please put these 3 things in comments):
1. The name and address of your hotel
2. The exact name the reservation is under
3. The exact date of check in


We will deliver the package the day before you check in to the front desk of your hotel. We will have them note your reservation that they have a package for you. It will be a 6x9 manila envelope. Make sure to ask for your package (and don't ask for your tickets) as the hotel staff has no idea what is in the package.

All orders will be shipped within 48 hours. Guaranteed!

The return address on your package will be from Tickets at Play, as they are our parent company.
